At the present time, Baitang supplies 5 varieties of rice to the domestic and international markets.We offer Phkar Malis (Cambodian Jasmine Rice) which is number one and Phkar Rumchek (fragrant long grain) and Phkar Knhey (fragrant medium grain). All these varieties are of good price on the markets. Baitang also supplies normal white rice such as Neang Khun, Neang Minh and IR which are short, medium and long grain.

Since mid-2010, Baitang (Kampuchea) Plc. has been exporting more fragrant long grain rice than normal white rice, i.e., PhkarMalis (Jasmine Rice) is exported up to 68% against the other 3 varieties: Neang Minh, IR and NeangKhun.
In 2011, export rate of fragrant long grain rice increases up to 77 percent if compared to the other varieties.
